Delivery and installation
The price of the delivery service is not included in the price of the product. The Merchant leaves the Buyer the option to choose between delivery and personal collection of the ordered product.
Upon readiness of the goods for delivery or collection, the Merchant shall deliver to the Buyer who has chosen the delivery service, by e-mail, a notification on the readiness of the goods for delivery, which will define the scheduled delivery day or a Notification on the readiness of goods for delivery.
In case of taking over the products in the Merchant’s branch, the ordered products cannot be picked up immediately after payment, but the defined delivery deadlines apply to them. The Merchant will contact the Buyer by telephone to agree on the exact date of collection of the product at the Merchant’s branch.
If the buyer chooses the delivery of the product by the Merchant, the delivery of the purchased product is made to the delivery address specified when making the order.
Delivery of goods to the buyer is done exclusively on working days during the working hours of the Merchant.
The courier will contact the customer by phone to arrange a delivery date.
If the Merchant is not able to deliver because there is no buyer at the delivery address or other person authorized by his order to pick up the product, despite the previous telephone agreement on the delivery date, the costs of failed delivery of the product are borne by the buyer.
In this case, the Buyer and the Merchant will agree on a new delivery date, ie the Buyer may, in accordance with the agreement with the Merchant, pick up the goods in person.
The Merchant reserves the right to change the agreed date due to aggravating circumstances that arose after the conclusion of the Contract, and in agreement with the Buyer to propose a new delivery date.
Delivery is made to the entrance to the residential building, provided that the delivery place can be easily reached by delivery vehicle.
The delivery time for the available goods in the e-commerce is from 14 to 30 working days, except for products for which the customer has been notified of a different delivery time.
The delivery deadline starts after receiving the payment on the giro account, ie after the credit card authorization is approved.
Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and non-working days are not included in the delivery deadline.
The service of entering the product into the facility is not included in the price.
The product assembly service is not included in the product price and is calculated according to the valid price list. The installation service is performed by the Trader’s employees or authorized contracted external associates.

Delivery time is 15-30 working days, except for products for which the customer is notified of a different delivery time. The deadline for delivery begins after receiving the payment to the bank account or after the authorization is approved. The service of entering the product into the facility is not included in the price.
Installation service is charged:
-value of goods less than or equal to HRK 1,000.00 – the amount of assembly is HRK 200.00
-value of goods from 1000.01 kn to 4.000.00 kn – the amount of installation is 400.00 kn
-value of goods higher than HRK 4,000.01 – the amount of assembly is 10% of the value
